Jennifer is the best realtor I've ever worked with. From the very beginning she was incredibly professional and responsible. She went above and beyond to make sure my real estate transaction closed successfully. Because I was doing a 1031 exchange I was working with all kinds of deadlines, and Jennifer made sure that we hit all the marks. She was extremely patient and diligent while I was looking for property. She kept on top of my target market and communicated effectively and in a timely manner. Jennifer was AMAZING! She was available nights, weekends, days, mornings. She is completely knowledgeable in every aspect of her job. She even taught the seller's agent things he didn't know! Jennifer did a zoom walk-through on the house we ultimately bought. Before we made the offer on this house, we drove over from Oregon for a whirlwind day of viewing homes (8 or 10, I forget how many) to ensure we got the perfect home. We expanded our search through E Bremerton, Silverdale, Port Orchared and pretty much anything within a 20 mile radius of Kitsap lake. We saw great homes in bad 'hoods, we saw gross homes in great 'hoods. We were lucky enough to land our dream home that checked all the boxes.
We didn't have the kind of support selling in Oregon we found buying in Washington with Jennifer. This made our appreciation for all Jennifer did all the more poignant. If you are selling or buying a home - I 100% recommend Jennifer Dilorio. I don't know how many other clients she was working with during our month of house hunting but she made us feel like we were her top priority and never left us hanging. It was gold standard service from beginning to end.
